2. Do you take commissions?
Yes, I do take commissions! If you're interested in a custom piece, please fill out the form on the Commissions Page, or email me directly at commissions@phoebeward.studio. We can discuss your vision, materials, and pricing.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on your location and the type of artwork you order:
- Original Artworks & Limited Edition Prints: Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days.
- Commissions: Commissioned works can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the piece. You will receive an estimated completion date when placing your order. We will send tracking information via email once your order is shipped.
4. What shipping methods do you use?
We offer both Standard and Express Shipping options. All artworks are securely packaged and sent via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, ensuring your art arrives in perfect condition.
5. How is the artwork packaged?
Each piece is carefully packaged to protect it during shipping. Original artworks are wrapped in protective materials, and prints are typically shipped in sturdy tubes. If you have special packaging requests (e.g., gift wrapping), let us know!
6. What is your return policy?
- Original Artworks: Due to the nature of original artworks, all sales are final. If you receive damaged artwork, please contact us at returns@phoebeward.studio with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt.
- Prints & Merchandise: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition. Please contact returns@phoebeward.studio to initiate the process.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide! International shipping fees apply, and they are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from orders@phoebeward.studio. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
9. How do I care for my artwork?
- Originals: Keep artwork out of direct sunlight and away from extreme temperatures. You may wish to frame your original piece under glass or acrylic to protect it from dust and environmental damage.
- Prints: Avoid hanging prints in humid areas (e.g., bathrooms). Use UV-protective glass for framing to preserve the quality of the print.
